Alcatel OneTouch Idol - VIBER PROBLEM

I had Viber before, installed and running smoothly. Then I had to factory reset my phone for some reason. And now whenever I open Viber to get my activation code the phone freezes and restarts automatically. What can be the problem? Please help me!

My wife have same problem, same as her sister, same phone, alcatel one touch idol

this morning she tried with our old iphone 2G, and activation went smooth and she can use viber on that old iphone 2G... so problem is with these brand of phone! we need help
