Alcatel Raven phone,Can't sign in after factory reset

Did a factory reset because couldn't remember lock pattern.Now phone says can't sign in because of an unknown error.Please try again in 24hrs or use a different account. Only one account has ever been on this phone.I did reset password and it's been 4 days since...still won't sign in.Please help lol

Welcome to Android Central! After the factory reset, does it ask for the Google account and password first? And is that when you see the unknown error?

Yes it says sign in with previous gmail account,I put email in..goes to password page,I enter it and it says unable to sign in error message.There's only been 1 account on it ever.

Try doing another hard reset from the Recovery Menu, and see if it still gives you the unknown error: https://www.hardreset.info/devices/alcatel/alcatel-raven-lte/

You're able to sign into your Google account successfully on other devices?

Are you able to do anything for the phone in Google's Find My Device on the web?

Yes successfully on other devices and tried find my device and no luck but I will check again

Do you have 2-factor authentication turned on for your Google account? If so, you might want to try turning it off temporarily.

Nope,don't have that on

Sorry, not sure what else to try. It might be some glitch with the phone's firmware that only shows up in this kind of situation.
