Alcatel Specs... Radio Circuitry

Have recently confirmed that the Alcatel 5044/Cameox does have built-in FM Radio circuitry. Tested it for two days and it worked flawlessly. Third day.. launching the app lead to some strange changes with the app Icon. Icon could no longer launch the radio. Could any of this have to do with the fact that I have yest to buy an AT&T cell contract? Hoping for informed commentary. Spec sheet attached... Radio spec between two horizontal lines...

No, the FM radio works by itself. Did you have earphones plugged in? That's the antenna. With no signal, the app revert to internet radio feeds (Next Radio does both, radio hardware or internet radio feeds).
