Allshare feature

I have a samsung tv with wifi and allshare feature. Also u own a galaxy note2.
Just wanted to know whether I can stream or access movies stored on galaxy note 2 via wifi and view on my samsung tv

Yup, as long as they're both on the same WiFi network. Just open the AllShare app/setting in your phone to allow the TV to access its contents and you're set! You can check if your TV supports AllShare Cast, which will actually let you mirror your phone's screen onto the TV and let you not only stream video/audio/picture files, but also let you see all you see in your screen, including home screens, games, books, apps, etc.
