Android Central Question

I regular use the internet / email etc on my Android Moto G5 phone. It connects to my home hub (BTHub3) every time without a problem. But in the last week although my phone connects OK to my BTHub3 hub, it now says No Internet each time I try and connect. But the hub is connected to the internet - I have no problems connecting my two computers to the internet - it is always there.

I have tried rebooting the hub; I have removed the hub from the list of available networks on my phone and re-connected it. None of these have made any difference.

I cannot see anywhere in the settings that allows connecting to a network hub but not to the internet.

It wouldn't be in the phone, but in the hub. It's giving the phone a limited connection. Make sure you haven't set the hub for only 2 DHCP addresses. At worst, call BT tech support.
