Always having to reset the phone due to poor reception

After resetting the phone, i get decent reception. Soon, Internet and everything goes to a grinding hault, then i have to reset again, (flight mode and back). Jellybean upgrade isn't available for my phone...

Anybody having this issue?

Carrier?
3G/LTE/Edge?

Ooops sorry. This is for wifi and cellular, 4G LTE. I am using AT&T. Jellybean isn't available yet...
