Always listening OK Google on Nexus 6?

No. There is Okay Google everywhere, which allow you to say Okay Google whenever the screen is on. But not when the screen is off, to get that you need to buy a Moto X or Droid Turbo.

If you read the official change log like I did, you'll see that it in fact does say that the nexus 6 will have ok Google even while the screen is off.
