Always on display

Haven't understood what's the idea behind that calendar display as it only shows blank days of the ongoing month?

What do you mean blank days? It's just a calendar. People have hung them on their walls for centuries.

This is just my opinion, but I think that a lot of people who say you don't need it are missing one of the main points. I don't feel like I need the time and date on my phone when it's sitting on my desk, but I do feel like it looks super cool. I think my phone with a calendar and clock always on the screen, sitting beside just a regular phone with nothing turns more heads and looks a lot jazzier.

That's true but I personally don't try and turn heads with my phone... Not my thing :).

It has the current date circled and without turning on the screen, opening up the phone, tapping the Google Calendar app, tapping the menu button, and tapping the month view button, I can see which dates fall on which days of the week. I wouldn't want it to indicate which days have appointments (which is every day for some people). I find it very useful.

As they stated they mean it isn't showing what is actually on their calendar. Personally the days of the month mean nothing if the events I have don't show. I get it is a small calendar but still I don't see it as useful.

I leave mine on all the time. Has the time which is very convenient for me.

I used to leave it on all the time, then I noticed one day that the display stopped moving around the screen every minute. It used to change location (to prevent screen burn in I guess), but it no longer does this. Anyone else experiencing this problem? Did Samsung change the interval of the display movement?

Mine stopped moving as well.

It doesn't move because the new update has it move a pixel every minute and it's dimmer that before. There's nothing wrong with it it's just how they set it out to prevent burn in
