Hi. Somehow I turned always on, on. Now I would like to turn it off and I don't remember how. Ha. Anyone know how? Thanks.
It's like the S2 where it won't truly stay on for an extended amount of time.
I have had mine set to always on since receiving it a few days ago and the screen has never gone off. The only thing I do not like is that (unless I am missing it somewhere) there is no way to adjust the brightness for the always on display. Sometimes in bright sun you can barely see the AOD screen but hitting the button and bringing up the main watch face displays fine with the increased brightness.
I think by the time you had an issue with burn in, you'd be on another watch.Do i need to worry about burn-in with the always on mode. i always used tilt to wake and for some reason i cant convince myself it will be a non issue even with watchfaces designed for it especially with the higher resolution and colors now
Do both of you guys own the Gear S3? Who has the right info here?
I guess I'll find out tomorrow.![]()
That's what I wanted to know! I'll be upgrading then as soon as Verizon gets it since I can't use the prepaid sim like with the Urbane. Thanks!I came from an Urbane 2 LTE. Tried the Nixon Mission but it was bulky and just got in the way too much. I like the Frontier more. I like the appearance of the Urbane 2 a little better without the bezel marks but after using Tizen and the rotating bezel Samsung is miles ahead software wise so i am glad i switched. Not a single glitch, force close, or issue since Saturday paired to a 6p and the battery would go 3 days easily. Used yesterday and was still at 73% at the 23 hour mark.
