This is the second time this happens. I own a Samsung S7 Edge pre-ordered from Samsung in the UAE - Dubai. Its 1am here so I cannot go there for help right now so I am hoping I get a reply from you.
- I live in an apartment with two WiFi routers on two different lines.
- My phone connects easily on both, depending on which I choose and stays connected.
- However recently, it started connecting to the router but my phone is not allowing any connection to the Internet.
(problem is not with the routers or the WiFi since I have used both routers to connect to the internet from my laptop and that is how I am asking for help right now).
When I restart my phone it does not make a difference, and when I connect to the network the following message appears and then fades away which I screenshotted just in time.
'java.net.UnknownHostExeption: Unable to resolve host "compositor.api.cnn.com": No address associated with hostname'
