amazon app store issue

I have a stock 2.2 Fascinate, mostly every time I open the amazon app store it asks me to login. Before I only had to login once and it stayed logged in. I can stay logged in for maybe 5 min then it asks me to relogin before i can use any apps. I've tried removing my phone from the device list on the site but the problem persists! any one know a fix?

It's the sane way on my thunderbolt. I found if I deleted the amazon app and then put it back on it worked better for a few days but then it would go back to normal
