Amazon prime won't cast to chromecast on note 9

I have a Note 9. I tried to play a TV show on Amazon prime and cast it to my chromecast. My screen casts to my chromecast as I am choosing a video. Once the video starts playing, the sound comes through on my TV but the picture is black. I can also see the list of actors so it's casting, it just won't cast a picture.

Which method of casting are you using, there's four different ways you can cast with the note if it's the same S9 series, cast via smart view, smart thing, google home or that TV icon with the wifi waves?
