amazon selling without dual sim

I was reading in a review that in germany the second nano sim card slot is closed with a tape and software for single sim installed.

Is it possible just to remove the tape and install a dual sim software or better send it back and buy the original moto nano dual sim ( it's stated on the Moto website that the phone is Nano-Dual-SIM

The version i have from the UK is a single Sim version. But there is no tape on the Sim tray. It's a single sim tray. There are 2 versions out of the Z

Yes, UK version is single SIM. The tray is also for the Micro SD though.
