No your phone always stay unlocked to use any sim .

I'm itching to get on to the beta program but I think it may be slow coming here in the UK. I remember installing the beta of android 9 on my pixel 2 XL. Loved it

Got it this morning. Unlocked on T-Mobile. Installed and restarted. I still have the original screen protector on. So skipping deleting finger print and re-registering. Not needed. I'm good.

Technically I don't think it's a delay. It wasn't supposed to have been released in Germany, but somebody made a boo boo.

TBF Samsung hasn't given any dates themselves. The dates are all just reports and such from media outlets. Sammy has only confirmed that the betas are coming.

True was just speaking from years of experience of seeing the S models get beta before the note series even though it's the newest model when new is software comes out. Guess I shouldn't care much as there are no must have feature for me on 10.
