Android 10 Beta - October?

It's about time! Google released 10 as a full release at the beginning of September. After months of Beta testing (supposedly - most people have no idea what that means, they just install the Beta and think "I got it before anyone else did" - then complain on places like here that it's not working). (I think the last Beta RC was 6. Many app devs still have to catch up.)

I really would like to participate, and I still might. But, I hate that previous betas break OIS. Other than that I'm fine with participating. The last beta I did was with the S8 and it was fantastic.

I tip my hat to the owners that want to Beta Test.

Respect. :)

I really do not want to have any stability issues on my Note 10+ which is my daily driver.

I usually hold back for a month or so after golden release waiting and watching for bug reports in posts and tech blogs.

I don't need to be on the latest Android Software available.

I need to be on a stable release.

Security Patches take presidence for me.

THIS. I did it for the Note 9 and never again. It was wonky and buggy. Hated it.

Does it just appear if you're eligible? Is there somewhere I should look within the app?

T-Mobile Note 10+
Yeah a banner in the members app will appear to enroll when time comes .
I'll definitely let everyone know when it does come

Way back I was part of a Beta Testing program for a certain brand. Spent lots of time and gave lots of feedback. Sadly the brand ignored virtually ALL our feedback about issues we discovered. They refused to delay the roll out even though the list of issues we reported was LONG and had some SERIOUS problems. Naturally they released it and it CRASHED and BURNED very badly (ie utter disaster). The vast majority of Beta testers said never again (like me) and many left the brand (like me). That was the beginning of the end for that company.
