Android 10 update won't screenshot with power button and volume button

Recently I just updated my Samsung A50 to android 10. After this, I can't seem to take a screenshot with my volume and power button. I tried restarting my phone but nothing change. Is there any way to fix this?

Try clearing cache in recovery.

You tried both combinations power button /volume up same time and power button/volume down same time ?

Yes, and when i use both the power button and volume down, the screen goes straight directly when you're trying to turn off your phone. I tried it with the volume up but it does nothing. It seems i can only take captures with either the palm gesture or accesibility method

Make sure in settings >advanced features> side key the power button only used for power off device not bixby or open app

This definitely strange a update broke this , your volume buttons move freely not sticking or case interfere?

No, volume button works perfectly, everythings fine except the power button and volume combination. And thank you for the inputs tho

I hate to say factory reset for this little glitch , maybe wait until next update?

I use the Screenple app, it takes screenshot when holding the home button for 1 second.

Try pressing the volume down and power button quickly instead of holding it. Holding it wasnt working until I guess android figured out I was struggling a bit lol

Do it again, but double click the side keys; works for me.

Do NOT hold it in. Just tab both buttons simultaneously (volume down and power button) press down and release quickly..i
