Android 10 Verizon

My Verizon Tab S5e is still on 9 though, so it is kind of a bittersweet event. I'm not sure when Verizon will pump out updates for its tablets. I just got the December security update for it, so maybe January.
Doesn't tablets take forever to get update ?

Kinda. Lately, Verizon, at least has been pretty good about updating its tablets. I've gotten two updates (3 if you count when I first turned it on), since September. I got the September update as soon as I turned it on, and then the November and December updates. I never got an October update for it.

Both the Tab S5e and S6 are slated to get Android 10. We'll see. I don't expect it earlier than January, but more likely February/March.

I don't usually keep track on the tablets.

To be honest, unlocked and the carrier versions usually got updated roughly the same time. It's only been in the past year or so that the carrier variants got updated quicker.
Not with Samsung. Unlocked has always been slower by a weeks to a month or so. In the past, they also had less features with Verizon.

This is my first LTE enabled tablet, so I seem to notice it more I guess. All my previous Samsung tablets were WiFi only and only occasionally got updated.
Nice , yeah had the WiFi before , think only the iPad has lte and wifi .. that I have .

You're probably right. It used to be the carriers were the last to push out OS updates. I had the Verizon Galaxy Nexus and my buddy had the unlocked Galaxy Nexus on T-Mobile. He got Ice Cream Sandwich weeks before I did.

Looks good here in WA state. Went in to settings to force the update. Does seem smoother and quicker...

Can't disable the accessibility notification now, that stinks.

Some parts of good lock no longer work.
