Android 11/ display over other apps

Android 8 didn't have this
problem . . can I override it
using a C5L MAX ?
Could it be one of my
cleaner apps ?

I'm not familiar with C5L MAX but if it's low spec then most likely don't have the option to turn off but tap.setting in the pop-up see if it takes to toggle it off .

. . it is indeed a low spec
BLU phone featuring
Google Go no where .
None of the current video
recorders work / same for
the toggle .

setting and it wouldn't budge . Guess I need a new
newphone .

Android Go does not support Display Over Other Apps. That feature typically requires more RAM than Android Go phones usually have.
