Android 11 public beta now available!!

What is the "At A Glance" widget? Also, long pressing does not bring up the Widgets choices anymore. Did something change in 11?

The stock time / clock widget on the home screen. It shows time, temp, upcoming events, etc.

That's been working for me, if working means, to tap on the current temperature, which brings up the weather.

Yep yep absolutely. I'm still trying to figure out how to do these chat bubbles. And whether or not they're going to be too annoying.

If it ends up like FB Messenger bubbles, I believe that it might be annoying. And, right now, I only have one other contact that is currently using the Android messages RCS feature. So, the messaging bubbles probably won't be very useful to me. Glad that it is vailable for those who will like and use it.

Yeah, I hear you! I mean for me, they're only one maybe two people in my life that I use RCS chat messaging with. Other than that, the chat bubbles overall in Android 11 are awesome. My Gboard keeps crashing constantly and beta 3 but overall the bubble ideas great for having a quick shortcut to all my concurrent messages. I can understand that some people don't like the bubbles and then get in the way. For me though, they're great. I can quickly text someone, add a picture to a message etc.

I have to agree just a small issue for me with Nova otherwise no complaints ..

I'm having an issue with the bubbles crashing. But other than that everything else is okay.

yep yep same as you with me. My Gboard crashes constantly once my bubbles are activated. I'm hoping they figure that out when it's fully released.
