Android 12 Beta 3 out. Features and Bugs.

Yes ... Yesterday I decided to change my theme from system auto to something else. Left it like that all day and when I checked this morning the dynamic color option was there. No clue if changing off system auto did anything or if it was just a coincidence.

I moved mine to an alternate theme as well. Just in case. I think it is cause I am in the UK and they may be switching over the US first.

Just tested this. It works perfectly. Since I prefer all Animations off anyway it is a win/win. Thanks for this great solution. A simple swipe.

I wrote too soon. Got another missed call and can't swipe it away. Force stop phone works though. Not sure why it worked the first time but not the second. Oh well.

Yeah, I agree with you. The only issue (at least for me) is that Android 12 beta's animations are beautiful. The OS feels janky without ANY animations at all. I might have to give no animations a try though; at least for now until Beta 4 comes out.

Well, here's an interesting update! Didn't update or uninstall any Gboard Beta at all in my Play Store so far today. When I checked out my theme section guess what was there!

Interesting, I just noticed I missed a call and swiped it away with no problem. As I mentioned in a previous post I have trouble swiping away emails so a trade off I guess.

Yeah, I just missed call myself twice from my desk phone, and I was able to swipe those notifications away instantaneously. Just like normal. I don't get it.

It's weird because I try to miss call myself from my office phone a couple more times afterwards, and those notifications wouldn't Swipe away. I mean it is what it is That's not the worst issue in the world.

Well now isn't that interesting... I guess it depends on how bright, or dark your wallpaper background actually is. Material you auto-theming really does work. I just I'm discovering this for myself now!

Make sure you send a bug report. This one really needs to be fixed in Beta 4.
I do the phone forced stop to get rid of the notifications.

Yeah, it looks as though beta 4 might be the last beta stage before production. I thought that there was going to be a fifth though.
