I will say this much considering the fact that Beta 4 just recently came out, I doubt Beta 5 will come this quickly.

I would have thought least 4.1 bug fix for the VPN that is plaguing everyone who are depending on it. Not a small bug.
There's always Wednesday... maybe.

Well, maybe it's just me, but the UI and Android 12 looks nicer and light more versus dark mode. Was everyone else think? You can definitely see the material you design from light theme come out much more so versus being hidden under the dark theme...

No, Beta 4 just like everyone else.. Beta 5 isn't out yet, I'm just commenting on the light mode vs dark mode for Material You theming. That's all.

Yeah, so heads up notifications are working again, and I'm guessing that you are the same thing for VPN. I barely used VPN on my phone though. I haven't noticed any other changes.
