Android 12 update

Google Play system update needed to update.., I went into the software settings and clicked on it and the phone updated after restarted.. just in case someone might be on an older one like me..

Ugh, Frija only has Unlocked Firmware available. I will wait for T-Mobile.

Manually checked and it was available. Updated and no issues post update.

Last I heard, TMO update has been delayed to Jan 9, but not 100% sure on that.

On a side note, Frija only has Unlocked firmware (XAA) and A11 for TMB, no A12 as of yet. As soon as I see it drop on Frija, it should start rolling out.

Received the update today on my Fold³ direct from Samsung UK.

How is everyone finding the update. For me I'm getting better battery life and my fold feels noticeably faster.

I'm only using her on Wi-Fi for now. I haven't had a chance to switch the SIM from my pixel but it's definitely running smoother IMO unless it's a placebo lol

Nothing yet for unlocked on t-mobile.

I'm feeling it a little bit more battery-hungry, actually... But I want to give it some more days until I have some conclusions in this regard

Sammobile just announced that the update for the unlocked Flip 3 and Z3 fold is now out in the US. But nothing so far on Tmobile unlocked Z3. It's supposed to come with the January security update.

Fold³ unlocked its out but came with December, i was in beta waiting for official release and thats what official patch was , i heard s21 getting January.

Just got the January security patch. Still no esim support so I'm assuming it's not coming. One thing that iPhone has them beat on is the use of dual sim and being able to run 2 numbers.
