It forces apps that don't currently have dark mode into dark mode. I like!

Dark mode is nice now
I only use it after sunset.

I may change to dark mode all the time.

Try clearing cache for system and play store

Folks on Reddit say it's due to having the desktop experience enabled under developer settings, which I had enabled. I just turned that off and am trying again.

When you plug into a monitor it gives you a computer like setup. Kinda like Samsung's DEX ... Only worse LOL. Google's approach just doesn't seem as polished ... Which is why I guess they buried it in the developer settings. I hope Google improves it and makes it a standard feature ... I used to use DEX quite a bit back in my Samsung days.

Is it too late to opt out of beta without data wipe? I think I was too late because 17 beta update notice came up but I did not install it. Instead I opted out. Now it says it will install 16 with data wipe.

If I have to data wipe no big deal.
