Android 5.0?

Some of the 4.2.1 features are multi user, quick pulldown settings, photosphere and new camera, new keyboard, new gapps with new clock and timer etc. That's all I can think of off the top of my head but there is more. Also bug fixes and whatnot. 4.2.2 will fix a2dp and some other issues.

Is lockscreen widgets TouchWiz or 4.2 Android??

I'm not sure why Sprint would even bother with 4.1.2 when 4.2.1 has been kicking around for a bit...and offers some pretty nice usable features that most users would enjoy. I just threw 4.2.1 EOS4 on my TF101...it's pretty nice and smooth...even on older hardware.

Depends on what carrier you have. I am hoping for September with Sprint, but then again I might be on another phone by then

Very true CDMA roms/phones require certain proprietary software that only that carrier has access to.

I tend to believe that Sprint will update the S3 to 4.2.1, skipping over 4.1.2. It just makes sense for them to do this. They've been the fastest to update their devices, and this just seems logical for them. They've already rolled out 4.2.1 for the Gnex, so....
