Android 6.0, clunky Wi-Fi? (Nexus 5)

I don't know the cause, but since I got Android 6.0 my Wi-Fi works a little weird sometimes, and I didn't have that problem with 5.1
Sometimes when I turn the screen on my Wi-Fi is unconnected from my Wi-Fi modem... It's connects again of course, but it's an annoying problem...
Plus when I turn on Wi-Fi (for example in my home or in a friend's home) the Wi-Fi seems to need more time to connect, and with 5.1 the connection used to be very fast.
With 5.1 when I was arriving to home and opening the door, the connection was already done, but with 6.0 I have to wait or in some cases, I've to open the Wi-Fi settings (from the notification bar) to get connected...
What can I do? I did a clean flash, everything works fine except the clunky Wi-Fi (sometimes)
Sorry for my english...
In the screenshot you can see that I had that problem being in my home, and I was there all day.

Well, the problem still persists, Should I try flashing again my phone?, or maybe I should wait for an update?, I dont know if other Nexus 5 users have the same problem, I dont want to flash again...

I did a flash again, and I locked the bootloader too, seems that wi-fi is working properly right now (but maybe its cuz there is an option to keep wifi scanning including when in the configuration says it is off), by now looks that it connect faster than before, I'm testing it yet, last night was all time connected.
Meanwhile, I have another question, I don't want to open another post for it.
In Google location history, there are other devices (like you can see in the screenshot) I dont know how to delete them, I just have one device.20 de octubre de 2015 00445 GMT-0300.jpg

Those probably represent the prior incarnations of your Nexus 5, based on the firmware. When you re-flash the firmware, I suspect it creates a new instance of the phone. I'm not sure if you can get rid of them. You could try digging around your Google account settings on your computer browser.
