Android 6 Marshmellow problem

Does anyone know who to contact for software problems for the Android 6 Marshmellow? I can't find it anywhere. I have upgraded to this Marshmellow on two different phones and afterwards, it does not have the button to move apps to the SD card on the Motorola G LTE 3rd Gen. It does not recognize the SD card. It worked before I upgraded on both phones. When you upgrade, you can not go back to the factory installed software.

While Google releases the base OS, Motorola adjusts it to work on their devices. I suggest you visit Motorola's support site and also browse the owner's forums on their site.
