[Android Central Question]

Issue:
Android 9 - Opening ad on App startup for Chrome and random videos YouTube.

YouTube - while opening App, its open random video.

Chrome - while opening App, its opens a tab and display random Ads. Its not google ads.

Solution Tried, but didn't work are,
* AVG, Norton & Malware Scan App. All Apps pass the scans, but the not resolve the issue.

What happens if you turn notification off for chrome?

Welcome to Android Central! Open Chrome, then tap Menu>Settings>Homepage. Is it toggled on? If so, what's set as your default homepage?

Also try clearing the Chrome browsing history and cookies "from the beginning of time" in the Chrome settings -- do this also on your desktop Chrome browser. For good measure, go to Settings>Apps​, select Chrome, then Storage, then clear its app cache/data.
