I got phone through Verizon where they essentially paid for it by giving me $10 credit every month until it was paid off. I am wondering if I agreed to have my phone activity monitored as a result. I have noticed pop up message saying as much

You actually asked about this a couple of years ago, so I merged your current question with your old thread.

Back then, it wasn't quite clear what AccessService was. There was some concern that it might not be legit, but since you're seeing it again on an official phone from Verizon, I'm more comfortable saying it's a normal system app, most likely related to Accessibility. Do you have any Accessibility features turned on?

It is under privacy-accessibility, but there is no accessibility feature turned on
