Android Auto Not Working On Note 9

Seems to be a lot of note 9 uses are having this problem.Android Auto just crashes when trying to load. I went to several stereo installers even called stereo sellers like Sony,Alphine,Kenwood,Pioneer about the problem and it seems to be new to them..told me it was my phone..poor excuse for customer service these days.OK so then I got two other of my buddies with Note 9 to try to hook up to android audio..I guess what?..same problem. When a cheap *** phone works and a $900 phone don't... Houston we have a problem. May have to move to the S10 if they don't get it working soon.

So for the past 2 weeks I have been having issues with my 2016 ford explorer unit. Locks up when I activate waze..... Using note 9
