Just a request from a guy with a hearing problem. While I can hear my phone just fine, understanding you folks is at times impossible. Speaking too fast, speaking unclearly, multiple speakers - all make enjoying and learning from the video posts a very difficult proposition. Do me and others like me a favor. Close caption them or supply a transcript, please? Thank you.
