A good looking rose in our garden, LG G3 with normal settings. Background is blackened in Photoshop. It is slightly cropped to get 3x4 proportions for a 30x40 cm printout on high quality photo paper. It will be a nice framed picture on our wall.

This was the first pic I took with my new Galaxy s6. I was pretty impressed with the detail it gave me, es[ecially with the bee. Have been loving this camera ever since! No edits on this except fro a little cropping.

These grow along the lattice on our back porch. I took this walking into the house a couple of weeks ago. The picture was taken with my LG G3 and edited in Snapseed. I cropped in a bit, mild brightness / color adjustment, added some vignetting and a frame.

I know I have a very little, being serious, opportunity to win... there are some extraordinary, I'd rather say..."professional stuff here". I definitely gonna need to get a new smartphone...

After the the whinning greeting for all participants... I took this photo at Zacango Zoo at Toluca, México. Quite outstanding animals there unlike many other zoos in my country. Good conditions, they seemed happy and in good shape. ;D

Good luck people... but it seems some people is not going to need it. AC judges will have a pretty though work deciding this time.

This japanese rock garden isn't full of lush flowers so I hope it still counts. I took this photo with my nexus 5 last year during a visit to the Chicago botanical gardens. The rock garden was so peaceful I almost forgot to take some pictures. I also made some edits in snapseed.

Took a road trip from Detroit to New York and stopped at the Sri Venkateswara Temple in Pittsburgh. The gardens around the temple were quite breathtaking; I felt it necessary to capture it.

Phipps Conservatory is an amazing and wonderful botanical garden here in Pittsburgh. There are remnants of a Dale Chihuly glass exhibit that came through in 2007 - and this is one of them. These are "Fräbel’s Longfellows" and are scattered about in the Orchid Room. It is worth a stop if you ever come to my city....

This is a panorama taken at the Conservatory in the Belagio Hotel in wonderful Las Vegas! If you have a chance to visit it, definitely do it. Wonderful place.
