@Smply_Rckless This is strictly intended as an Android photo contest, but if you appreciate what's happening here I think you'll enjoy the threads at AC's sister site, iMore. I'm not sure what current contests are running but maybe worth checking out.

Last summer I took my sons to Bay Fluffs Park in Pensacola, Florida. We walked down to the shore and a long train passed alongside the bay, creating a nice subject for my Nexus 4. Tweaked in Google Photos editor before the update.

Not your typical train...its a LEGO train! This was taken at Brickfest 2015 using an LG G4. No special software or editing! Just a fun morning with my daughter and legos!

"DripBlood" was shot with an HTC One max and cropped using Photoshop.
As an IT guy, I was constantly getting questions about WordPress. Finally I caved and built a WordPress site called TaggedTrains where I post pictures of trains tagged with graffiti. I don't always post as much as I'd like but I still try to keep it going. I often go through town hoping to get stuck at the tracks. The project recently came full-circle for me when I was a couple hours away from home and thought that I saw a train car I'd seen before. Sure enough, I pulled up the pictures on the site... it was the same train car!

Slow Moving Train in Moonlight
8 second exposure on an LG G4, ISO 50, RAW
The train just started moving when I took the photo showing movement only on the front of the train. I took the picture using a tripod. Imported to and edited in Lightroom.

Hello all,

This picture was taken with my Galaxy S6 in a little town called Amor (near Leiria, Portugal). It was a grey day but when we were crossing the line we couldnt resist to take this one

This was taken at the train station in Danby, North Yorkshire, UK. It was the closest train station to where I was during my volunteer GAP year in 2013. This is a fairly quiet train station, with only a few trains stopping each day.
Taken on my old Xperia S using Instagram. Unfortunately I can't remember the filter I used. April 2013.

Taken with my trusty old d2vzw and stock camera. Inside a new Metrolink maintenance garage.
