The Droid X builds on the Droid 1 which was the hottest phone of last year (and the beginning of this year). The screen is larger, the processor faster, the video recording is better, the camera is better, and there is a HDMI output! What more could you ask for. Motorola has proven once again that they are in the business of making cool quality cell phones again.

It has a very powerful processor, big screen, and better battery life than the Droid Incredible!

First off, big is beautiful! And that 4.3 inch screen looks great to watch all the youtube and play games. Android is quickly becoming to the most popular smart phone os and its only getting better when froyo comes out.
Taking pictures of my 2 year old and soon to be newborn will be great on the droid x 8mp camera and 720p high def video recording. Then I can impress my friends and family by streaming the hd video to our tv via the hdmi out port.
Overall, the droid x is fast, sexy and when its running on Verizon's exceptional service you get a phone that will meet and exceed anyone's needs in a smart phone.

Droid X

I have the original Droid and have had it since November. I love it and the Android OS. I've rooted it and run Bugless Beast V 0.4. I actively messed around with the Droid as much as I can. My biggest complaints with the Droid are that it's screen is too small and the processor is too weak, both of which are improved in the Droid X. I'm really excited about the Droid X and will probably get it whether or not I win this competition, though that would be awesome!

It's the best due to the fact it will be the Hilander of Android devices. There can be only one. Well, betting for a good bit of time anyways. Plus, it would be nice to win so I won't have to battle with this ailing Eris anymore.
