I think the Motorola X is the hottest new Android phone because:
1) it has a massive, simply gorgeous screen
2) super fast, simply awesome processor....can't wait to see how far I can overclock it
3) beautiful, truly amazing 8MP camera....say good bye to my canon EOS. no more extra bags for all that stuff.

The Droid X will be the King of all cell phones. And will aXe the iphone4 into tiny little pieces. The techy Verizon dude with the glasses will then hand carry the crumpled iphone to Steve Jobs and proclaim.. "Can you hear me now?" 
The Droid X by Motorola is one of the hottest smartphones of the year, if not the smartphone of the year! The 1Ghz TI OMAP 3630 processor is currently the best 1 Ghz processor on the market, averaging just over a consistent 8 MFLOPS with android 2.1. Which exceeds the competition by 1 MFLOP. It not only has great processing speed, but the dedicated graphics processor (PowerVR SGX530) is what makes it so amazing beating the competition!
It's rear camera comes with an 8MP, autofocus, and dual flash. Not only is one of the sharpest around; but it also shoots 720p video recording making it one of the top devices out! no disrespect to anyone but just the fact that its on verizon's network alone its already a good reason to get your hands on this phone.
Obviously the phone itself is "loaded" with goodies although the UI is prob the worse looking I've seen (hey I love Launcher Pro so not a problem for me). But I 've spent a lot of time going through videos and reviews, and as far as I can see the camera is great, the video is prop as good as it gets for a cell phone and the screen size speaks for itself.
Still the best feature for me is the battery life. And when you consider the power and display specs of this thing I think Moto and TI have done a great job here.
I love it and can't wait to get my hands on one.

The Droid X sports a huge screen and is on the Verizon Network. I don't think there is a better phone on the market today. Also it is made by Motorola!

I think the whole Droid line kicks major a$$, from the Droid, to the Droid Eris, to the Droid Incredible, and now the Droid X! These phones can't get much hotter! I would have to take a day or two off from work just to play with the new Droid X if I had a chance to get one...
Well where to start? Asking why the Droid X is the hottest phone is like asking Steve Jobs and his minions at Apple why they are such pompous douchebags. They are just born that way. Nevertheless I am going to try to eXplain the ineXplicable. First, what?s in a name? Just the hottest letter in the alphabet, that?s what! The letter ?X? in its singularity sums up the total awesomeness of that which it is contained: The X-games, the movie, XXX, the FluX capacitor? It is the only letter that can, by itself, describe a whole generation. And the Droid X is aptly named for it is the one phone that everyone can get eXcited about. You get 4.3 inches of an eXhibitionist?s dream in its screen, 1 Ghz of a multitasker?s fantasy in its processor, and 720 lines of a fliXter?s muse in its camcorder just to say a few. A better question to ask would be ?What?s not seXy about the Droid X?? Sure would make the odds of winning a lot better?
I have a Moto Cliq and would gladly give it up for a Droid X. Best phone on the market, hands down.

Why I want this Droid X
I have an Incredible. Though it is great and I am thoroughly pleased with it, it does lack a few things. The Droid X addresses a lot of the Incredible's shortcomings (though few) and would help to make my first experience with Android based phones that much more enjoyable. I <3 Android.

The droid x is the hottest phone because Its the kick ass of all Android phones on the market right now. An awesome 1GHz processor, and huge 4.3 inch screen, a nice 8mp camera, and its 720p HD video. Its the EVO of Verizon. Not to mention Moto's backing it up, and there not too shabby.
