I finally would get rid of the shackles of an iPhone 3g and get to join the android community...plus the screen is huge!

Droid X marks the spot where I want to be on launch day. I have to work so there will be no cutting time, standing in line trying to gain entry into the world of Android. I'm still rocking the Storm 1 and there is an Incredibly long wait for the other Droid. Make it happen for me on Thursday!

I WAS beating myself up for not getting the incredible, but that doesn't matter anymore because the Droid X is so much better! I mean, just look at the screen! You can tell everything about the phone is sleek, inside AND out. And with Gingerbread coming, the experience will be oh-so-much sweeter.

Because with its specs and the steam it seems to be building this could be a major kick in the butt to the app ecosystem and can inspire more sophisticated apps and improve the overall quality of Apps in the marketplace.

I think the Droid X is going to be better than all phones..I mean come on, the first one was just the plain droid...this one has an X! That alone makes it a better phone...the only other cool phone has a i and what a 4?...Whooo hooo...but it dont have a X!

Given that the original DROID was the most influential smart-phones of all time this one will follow suit. It marks the beginning of maturity as android as a platform begins to grow into what we expect and will continue to grow becoming a platform for the future where all headsets are built on the idea of openness. It also is nice to see a hos on a CDMA carrier.

not to mention all of the out-of-the-box features this beast has, its getting so much more, froyo, flash. i cant wait to see what the community can do rooting and overclocking the X. on a personal note, my bb storm resets if it get bumped too hard and i really want to play some classic game boy roms on that gorgeous screen.

This phone is the best for many reasons. First off it is on VZW which means I can use it. Second it Has X in the end of its name. Third it has a beautiful large screen for playing games, and watching videos. Fourth and most important of all IT CAN MAKE PHONE CALLS!

The Droid X is the hottest phone out because Walker Texas Ranger "Chuck Norris" got tired of using it ten years ago and decided to ALLOW Verizon to release the phone later this week. Hey TMO you better ask Verizon and Sprint what Chuck Norris did to them when they tried to release a phone to compete with the X..............yeah he broke all of their AMOLED AND TFT LCD screens to put them on back order till next christmas.

the droid x will be the best phone of the year hands down and its not even out yet i mean look at the competition of the iphone 4 already having antenna problems the most important part of a phone google and verizon know how to make a true phone 720p hd camera hdmi port huge 4.3 inch screen do i need to continue i think that already makes it pretty amazing but lets throw in a 1 ghz processor or the android market or the slim size of the phone and how natural it looks...the combination of verizon and google is easily the best tandem in cell phones and it only gets better with time and the droid x proves that..where do i sign up for that?

Why is this the hottest phone of the year? Huge Screen, Verizon, Motorola, Android.

What am I going to do with it? Complete replacement of my BB Storm 1, and Android application development (initially for a school project, then some pet projects of my own).
