It's the hottest phone because it does what it's meant to do and that is to get customer(s)/user(s) attention. It has the screen real estate, it has a custom skin that is light and fast. Works just how it's advertised. Overall user experience is suppose to be awesome. As for why I should get it... well I have had my BB for over 4 years with a cracked screen and barely able to get anything done. So this is something that would help me out through everything. But anyway whoever gets it is going to be a lucky person. Good luck to everyone.

The Droid X is going to be rockin' it as the hottest phone on market come Thursday, not only because of it's awesome screen, processor, camera and how it can burn up the web, but the DLNA makes file sharing freaking brain-dead simple - and it's just plain sexy. It's customizable and its heart is stone-cold Android. I can't wait to snag one and and dig into all she can do!

It's the best phone of the year because it is simply NOT an iPhone.

Long live openness and inclusiveness. The Droid X works exactly the same for righties and lefties!

We could list specs all day long but... Most new devices are incredible. It seems to come down to dexterity nowadays.
