I have a outdated Blackberry and my upgrade doesn't come anytime soon. The Droid X look's so cool and powerful compared to what I am using now!

Droid X is an amazing device.

I've been with HTC for my past three phones, and Moto's finally bringing me back in.

4.3" screen, 720p capture, DLNA... The list goes on.

Also, my phone just died, so I don't even have a phone now... AC... hook it up! Please?

Why it's the best

I think it's the best phone out this year precisely because it hasn't launched yet. As soon as it launches, someone is going to find a flaw in it. But that doesn't change my mind at all. I wanna be like all those cool kids who got ipods before they were cool and had like 4 buttons... Oh yeah, the X is going to have buttons. YES!!! I have a Droid now, and I don't hate it, but sometimes it sucks when you're watching something on Megavideo (Rooted with flash, ), and you accidentally graze the Home button... end of movie viewing experience. Haha. I don't expect that to be a problem with the X, so bring on the buttons!!!

It is a phone the melds all the daily requirements of any user in the melting pot we live in. Its a great & powerful phone but at the same time it can be a comfortable phone. Power users and featured users will find that the Droid X will become an accessory of life and not just a accessory of communication.

Lonely in Lakeland

If I win this phone it could quite possibly change my life. I spend all my time on this website and have not touched a woman in months. I feel that the only thing separating me and a naked woman is this phone.... not to mention that I used my last upgrade on the blackberry storm which left me lonely and with out the dazzle this phone has. So in conclusion I am the prefect candidate for a free sleek new phone and am willing to make sure all my fellow phone freaks will take interest in it.

Awful Blackberry Curve 8330 died after a year and need a new phone. Have been wanting to try an Android phone and the Droid X looks like the one to try. Love the screen size, speed, and intuitiveness from reviews.

The Best!!

The Droid X is simply unique. I believe I deserve this phone because it will be the perfect present for me. My parents are strict so I really don't get a lot. I have a crappy phone. Plus I just became a senior! which is exciting! I'm very protective so it will be in good hands. Let's not forget..
-It has a stylish design. That's Awesome.
-It has a huge screen(who couldn't love that).
-The software seems like it's awesome.
AND IT WOULD BE AWESOME TO HAVE THE DROID X AS MY FIRST SMART PHONE! I already love it

Sure, the specs are top-of-the-line. But more importantly, given that this is Verizon's new flagship Android phone, it will have great community involvement and apps designed specifically for it.

I have always been behind in the tech game. My wife and our 4 kids share one 7 year old computer. This droid x seems to be the best and biggest thing out now and it sounds like this is the must have smart phone of the year. The iphone 4 seems good but its to controlled by the people at apple. The 4.3 screen is a must and the 1 ghz processor make this more powerful than our home computer. I have had motorola phones for years and people complain about them but they have treated me very well. I really want this phone and need this phone but the best thing would be that thing about the phone is I could read the forums in style. Thanks to android central for all the information on the droid x and for all the information that they provide to people who just want to make their phones do what we need. Thanks to all the members here, I learn something everytime I visit. Good luck to all.
