I have an Android Phone (Moto Droid Pro) running 2.3.3. The school district for whom I work has just switched us to an Outlook Live system using Exchange ActiveSync. Every employee is listed in the global address book. There are public groups in this address book. Each school in the district is represented as a group and every employee in that school is in the respective group.
Our previous mail server setup (also using ActiveSync) had groups too. On my Android, I could choose which of these groups to show. Naturally, I only showed the school in which I work.
Now that we've switched over to Outlook Live, I can't get my phone to show me these groups. In addition, when I type a name of a person that I know is in the global address book, Android DOES find the person. But I can't just browse through a list of the people.
Lastly, I created two groups in my personal contact list--the members of these groups are people from the global address book. Specifically, they are a select group of teachers at my school. But these groups don't show up on my phone either.
Can anyone offer any suggestions?
