Android for Work Chrome misses "add to Homescreen" function

Hello,

for my company we want to use Android for work. In the evaluation phase we discovered that the Chrome Browser that comes with it lacks the menu entry "add to homescreen". We have a very popular inhouse webapplication that actually leverages from this feature to give a fullscreen "native" app experience, so we really need this feature. Is there a way to configure Android for Work so that the "add to homescreen" option is available again?
