I'm using the same size as all the other wallpapers are done in. I noticed on my own phone, the first time I installed one, that they 'pan' as the different screens are loaded. If you have three home screens, the wallpaper basically fits a bit over 1/3 on each of them. At first I thought it didn't fit my screen, because of this, but as I scrolled my screens left and right, I realized it had actually fit, but was panning more than one screen.
Anyway, if you want to send me a private message with your email address and screen size, I'll resize them and send. I'm not sure everyone would be interested so best to do that.

If you have the file on a Windows PC, with Microsoft Office loaded, right click the jpg file and open with Microsoft Office Picture Manager. On the Tool Bar, click "Edit Pictures", then on the right side click either crop (to cut away some of the image) or resize to set it to a size you prefer.
Many other viewers on Windows (ie ACDSee, Windows Live Photo Gallery, Fastone, Irfanview, Photoshop, Elements, etc) can do the same thing. I'm sure there are at least as many for a Mac too.
Thanks,
Mario
