Android: not taking time to connect to google

[AC Question]

RE: i had to skip cause i couldnt make one it kept saying cant connect. and with add a account wouldnt work ether still the same problem i can use the internet but i cant do anything. please halp

Cant add google account but can login to google with internet app. and due to that cant acess play store.

i use a Samsung tab 3 at the moment.

all my time and date settings are right

i just did a hard reset and i cant acess anything

Welcome to Android Central! This sounds familiar--did you post something similar earlier? If so, try to stick with that thread, and not create additional threads asking the same thing.

What happens when you go to Settings>Accounts and select Add Account? How far do you get? Do you get an error message? Is it not accepting your Google account?
