I'm not on Beta O on my Pixel
Im on 7.1.2
I use the Wells Fargo app daily and have no issues logging into it.So it might not be the app .

It is not unusual for apps to be broken by a new OS version; that is most likely what has happened with the Wells Fargo app.

I'm sure they will fix it soon enough. I would, however, take the time to alert them to the issue as they may not be aware of it until someone complains.

Yeah true it probably is the Wells Fargo app not playing well with Android O.

Alot of times the developers of an app wont try and fix it tho ,til the final release of an new operating system is released.

But it wont hurt to let them know as you mentioned

As a developer myself (one of many hats) I can tell you that very often the fix is to simply re-compile the app using the latest compiler libraries.

Android Pay still works for me; I use it primarily with my Discover and Bank of America accounts, if that matters.

At this time, the only app that I have any difficulty with at all is Ghostery Privacy Browser and then specifically with webpages that employ Javascript. I suppose there might be some increased battery drain, but nothing that isn't easily rectified by plugging in during my evening commute.

Fortinet and Spectrum TV don't work with O. Everything else is the same or better.

I'd say jump in, it is a net positive. The couple issues I have had are outweighed by the BT fix. There are no major bugs to worry about, in my experience.

OK kewl, I was gonna flash back to stock. I dont like the camera lag or some of the games not working properly. But I can wait a couple of weeks.

Ping ID and AirWatch are both working for me again after the update.

Also, Google Play Music is not launching at boot anymore either.

True it is gone. Was one of the first things I looked for. Don't particularly dig the light look and I'd be thrilled with a choice between dark and light. I have and will always love a dark phone, especially with the amoled screen.

I think the notification shade has a bottom notch to it that makes it look like there's something to be revealed but it's also there with quick settings pulled down
