Well, after resetting the watch a dozen times (it would hang on trying to Restart) I finally selected Restart and left the watch alone for an hour. When i picked it back up it was it's factory state with English selected as the default language. I then set the watch up like it was a new watch. Everything is working perfectly again

I hope I experience greater battery life now!
