Announce caller ID?

I upgraded my note 4 to the note 5. How do I get the phone to announce who the caller is? I had it on the note 4 but I can't get the note 5 to announce it!

Settings, Accessibility (near the bottom), in Services, go to Talkback. Toggle it on. Tap Turn On. Above the On/Off slider tap Settings. Note that with Talkback ON, you have to double-tap stuff. Enable/Disable what you need. The 7th item down is Speak Caller ID.

Yeah, tried that! It sucks. Double tapping

You can use the S-Pen too. Not sure why it wouldn't work for you, sorry.
