If so, yes it does. It works as you would expect it to. I've only tested it on a PC.

I just got the update. It is small. My phone was updated in 30 sec. My build number is now SCH-I500.EA28. Kernel version is 2.6.29. Baseband version is S:i500.04 V.EA28
