My watch keeps draining the battery. Online consensus is factory reset, delete AW on the phone, reinstall, repair.

My phone and watch can't seem to connect again.

Way to screw this up Google and Motorola. Really freaking ridiculous.

Have you tried rebooting the device after reinstalling the Android Wear app?

Reinstalling device or turning bluetooth off and back on usually helps I had issues yesterday where it just wouldn't connect at all and it resolved instantly when bluetooth was reinitialised on my phone

Resetting the device did wonders for me. It improved my battery life a ton. My suggestion to get it to resync is uninstall Android wear from your phone. It worked for me in the past.

Try clearing cache&data( in AW) then uninstall AW on your phone if you haven't already. That's all I got. Good luck.

I had same frustrations for four months maybe five can't remember. random battery drains and disconnects. did all the things people have posted here. would be fine for a week, then do something stupid and start the diagnosis all over again. a month ago switched to the LG g watch for work and GWR as a fancy watch, never been happier.

I just both of them off for a while. I was ready to throw them both against a wall. Really freaking annoying.

They are talking nicely today. For now. Battery IS improved.

Are you using watchmaker. If so you can change some setting to improve battery life. Settings.. Watch.. Then how long to stay on... Frame rate of 30 (still looks great but saves a lot of battery I have found) ... Set phone battery check for every 30 min. Hope this helps good luck. I generally get 2.5 days when I have tilt to wake off and 30 or so hours if tilt to wake is on.
