Annoying message "your phone is in optimal condition" oppo x5

Does anyone know how to turn off the automatic RAM cleaner on an OPPO x5

OPPO themselves told me it's in phone manager app where the three dots are but it is not.

It keeps causing an annoying message and freezing the apps stating "your phone is in optimal condition"

It appears to be a feature on these phones as my A54 also did it

Usually they built in the OS but long press the ram cleaner in app list try turning notification off
