Annoying shutter sound

Hi,
Recently switched to a new Samsung Galaxy S20 and Textra was transferred. Everything OK, except that when I get a message a shutter sound precedes the notification sound I have chosen. It’s driving me nuts and I can’t find a solution.
Any ideas?

I moved this from the Android Apps forum to the General Help forum since the former is intended for developers to promote their apps.

Does this only happen with Textra notifications? Have you already tried changing the default notification tone for Textra?

Wait a minute...you mean you haven't tried adjusting the messages ringtone? Follow this route (based on my Samsung Galaxy A7):

Settings
\/
Sounds and Vibration
\/
---------------------- or -----------------------
| |
Ringtone Notification sounds

Something like the error above should get you to where you can change that weird sound (if your S20 isn't way to different from my A7).//cloud.tapatalk.com/s/5e6c698e09fc0/20200314_061823.mp4
