Not yet, but it's only been on my phone for about an hour.

Still not got this yet in the UK. Hopefully "stability" includes battery optimisation.

The only thing I've noticed is HiCare is now an app, but hopefully battery optimization is included in the update.

I also just got the update. The release notes said the Android security patch level should be updated, but mine is still on November after the update.

The HiCare app is weird. It is prompting me to login to Huawei ID, which is not supported in the US.
