Another October Update For Battery Improvement

Honestly, I've been happy with my battery life on my N20... I'm part of the 80/30 club... plug in around 30% at night, charge around 80-85% and unplug. And it get me through the day with about 30% when I plug it back 24 hours later. Moderate use... emails, texts, Team chats, browsing through the work day.

Not a battery monster, but OK. But keep the improvements coming!

Update could be for any one of the million variant they have

I'm pretty sure for the US unlocked we won't see another update till next month when they roll out November update.

They specifically mentioned Note 20 Ultra , it's international so won't belong before US

I meant million variants of Note 20 Ultra, I'll take bet we won't see another update on the US unlocked ultra this month

We got the October security update, next will be November and if they have to include anything they will include in that.

We see , I think july was 2 updates.

I only got the September update in the beginning of October and nothing since then, Exynos, Europe, Unlocked.
Battery life is great though so no stress here..

Yeah the October update is a little late for Samsung, but any improvements are worth waiting for :)

Unlocked on T-mobile has been getting updates at the end of the month. Kind of annoying but I guess as long as they keep coming then.....

Not necessarily. The N986U1 got two firmware updates in September: ATI1 (security update only, no feature updates) and later ATI5 (feature update only, no security update). So far in October we've gotten the ATID update (security update only).

That depends on what carrier you are on. U1 on T-mobile did not get 2 updates in sept and has yet to receive one in October.

Yes. Depending on your carrier, you might (or might not) get multiple OTA firmware updates in a single month. If not, there might (or might not) be multiple firmware updates that you can obtain manually via Frija.

I put in my deactivated Google Fi Sim to get the October security update. Haven't tried for the battery update yet. UL N20U on T-mobile.
